Boys Cotton Denim Shorts with Embroidery and Elastic Waistband

A 95% cotton denim gives these shorts the breathability young children need through summer, softened in finishing so the fabric sits comfortably against skin from the first wear rather than needing to be broken in. The weight is kept light and the cut mid-length, landing around the knee.

An elasticated mid-rise waistband does the work here. There is no fly or button to manage, so the shorts pull on and off easily during the day and give a little as a child grows, which extends their life well past a fixed waistband.
