EN — We collect: (a) information you give us — your name, delivery address and landmark, mobile/phone number, email (if provided), order details, and any bank/mobile-wallet account details you share for an eligible refund; (b) information collected automatically when you browse — device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and similar usage data through cookies and analytics tools; and (c) communication records — call, SMS, or chat history relating to order confirmation, delivery, and support. We do not collect or store card/PIN details, as we operate strictly on Cash on Delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information / जानकारीको प्रयोग

EN — We use your information to: process, confirm and deliver your orders; verify orders by phone/SMS and arrange Cash-on-Delivery; handle returns, exchanges and eligible refunds; provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or repeated non-acceptance of deliveries; improve our products, website and service; and — where you have not opted out — send you offers and updates about products you may like. We rely on your order and consent, our legitimate business interest in operating a COD business, and our legal obligations as the bases for this processing.

3. Sharing of Information / जानकारी साझेदारी

EN — We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business, with the following categories of partners: (a) delivery / 3PL logistics partners — to deliver your parcel and collect COD; (b) advertising and analytics platforms (such as social media and search advertising providers) — to measure and improve our marketing and show relevant ads; (c) SMS / messaging providers — to send order and review notifications; and (d) IT, hosting and business-service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or a lawful request by a Nepal authority, or to protect our rights, safety, and property.
