The Founder’s Story
Ten years ago, Tudoholic started with a simple belief: Nepali customers deserved more choice, better quality, and a shopping experience they could trust. At the time, buying online still felt uncertain for many people. Choice was limited, product quality was inconsistent, and once a customer paid, they often had little confidence in what would happen next.
We built Tudoholic to change that. One order at a time, we learned how to source better products, check quality more carefully, communicate more clearly, and deliver across Nepal in a way customers could rely on. The business grew because customers trusted us enough to come back.
Today, we move roughly a thousand orders every day. But we are still at the beginning of what we want to build. The next chapter is not only about more orders or more products. It is about building the systems, teams, and operating discipline that can carry Tudoholic from thousands of daily decisions to millions of products, cleaner data, faster service, stronger quality control, and a better customer experience at every step.
That kind of company cannot be built by one person. It needs builders, operators, analysts, coordinators, customer champions, quality-minded people, and leaders who care about doing work properly.
