Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across all categories on the required platform.
• Ensure product information, including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, stock, variants and other details are accurate and up to date.
• Conduct quality checks and audits to maintain catalogue accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
• Manage product categorization, collections, and content updates through Shopify and other internal systems.
• Identify and resolve listing errors, content gaps, duplicate entries, and catalogue-related issues.
• Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and catalogue expansion initiatives.
• Optimize product listings by following SEO best practices, including titles, descriptions, tags.
• Maintain product databases, trackers, and reports to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality Control, and Sourcing teams to ensure smooth execution of catalogue-related activities.
• Assist in improving content processes, catalogue quality, and overall customer experience.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established timelines.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, online platforms, and e-commerce systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, catalogue management, content management, operations, or similar roles will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with Shopify, CRM systems, product information management tools, or order management platforms is preferred.
