Nexora Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is the company building the technology, data, and operating systems behind Tudoholic — one of Nepal’s largest fashion and lifestyle e-commerce operations.
We run a high-velocity, cash-on-delivery model: products are discovered, sourced from international markets, listed, priced, quality-checked, stocked, and delivered across Nepal every day. For customers, the buying journey often begins with a product page — the title, image, description, price, variant, and category that help them decide with confidence.
What makes the next phase different is catalogue discipline. As our product selection grows, content accuracy and structure become more important every day. Clean listings, consistent categories, correct details, and well-maintained product records are part of how we deliver trust.
The Founder’s Story
Ten years ago, Tudoholic started with a small catalogue and a simple promise: make better products accessible to customers in Nepal, and deliver them with trust. Today, the catalogue is much larger, and every listing has to carry more responsibility.
A product page may look simple, but it is where customer confidence begins. If the image is wrong, the variant is unclear, the price is outdated, or the description is thin, the customer feels uncertainty. If the content is accurate and easy to understand, buying becomes easier.
That is why we are looking for people who are detail-oriented, organised, comfortable with digital tools, and ready to learn the content and catalogue side of e-commerce from the inside.

The Mission
Content operations are where a large catalogue becomes usable. The mission is to create, update, audit, and maintain product listings so customers see accurate, consistent, and helpful information across the platform.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive Content Associate who can support product catalogue quality, content updates, listing accuracy, and the everyday systems that help customers shop with confidence.
What You’ll Own
- Product listings: create, update, and maintain product listings across categories on Shopify and other required platforms.
- Content accuracy: ensure titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, stock, variants, and other details are accurate and up to date.
- Catalogue quality: conduct checks and audits to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
- Categories & collections: manage product categorisation, collections, tags, and content updates through Shopify and internal systems.
- Listing issues: identify and resolve errors, content gaps, duplicate entries, outdated details, and catalogue-related issues.
- Launch support: support new product launches, promotional campaigns, catalogue expansion, and content refreshes.
- SEO basics: optimise listings using best practices for titles, descriptions, tags, and searchable product information.
- Coordination: work with operations, marketing, customer service, quality control, and sourcing teams to keep catalogue work moving smoothly.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree completed or ongoing in information technology, computer science, business administration, management, marketing, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented and accurate: you care about product names, images, spelling, specifications, variants, prices, and consistency.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and able to maintain trackers, reports, and product databases cleanly.
- Comfortable with digital tools: online platforms, e-commerce systems, and the daily workflow of updating content inside structured tools.
- A clear communicator in English and Nepali, with the organisation to coordinate across teams and complete tasks on time.
- Proactive and adaptable: you can manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment and are eager to learn.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in e-commerce, catalogue management, content management, operations, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with Shopify, CRM systems, product information management tools, or order management platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO for product listings, tags, titles, and descriptions.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Within a few months: product listings are cleaner, catalogue updates move faster, errors and duplicate entries are reduced, product launches are supported on time, and teams have more confidence in the accuracy of product information across the platform.
