1. Eligibility

The campaign is open to customers placing eligible orders on Tudoholic during the campaign period. Only products marked as in stock in Nepal and specifically included in the Shop & Win campaign are eligible.

2. Purchase Thresholds

Eligibility is determined by the value of a single eligible order:

• NPR 5,000–9,999: Tier 1 Draw — 3 winners
• NPR 10,000–14,999: Tier 2 Draw — 2 winners
• NPR 15,000 and above: Grand Prize Draw — 1 winner

Multiple orders cannot be combined to meet a purchase threshold.

3. Successful Delivery Requirement

An order qualifies only after it has been successfully delivered and accepted by the customer. Orders that are cancelled, undelivered, returned, exchanged, partially delivered, or otherwise fail to meet the eligibility requirements will not qualify.

4. One Tier per Order

Each eligible order qualifies only for the highest spending tier reached. Customers with multiple eligible orders may qualify separately for each order, subject to verification. However, each customer may win a maximum of one prize.

5. Winner Selection and Announcement

Winners will be selected through a random draw from the verified list of eligible orders. The draw will be conducted after the campaign closes, and winners will be announced on 22 November 2026 through Tudoholic’s official channels.

6. Number of Winners

The planned allocation is three Tier 1 winners, two Tier 2 winners, and one Grand Prize winner, for a total of six winners. Prize allocation is subject to final confirmation of availability and quality approval by Tudoholic’s QC team.

7. Order Exclusions and Prize-Related Returns

Cancelled, undelivered, returned, exchanged, partially delivered, duplicate, fraudulent, or suspicious orders are not eligible for the campaign.

Customers must not return or exchange an order, or seek a refund, while retaining a prize awarded in connection with that order. If an order associated with a prize is subsequently returned, refunded, cancelled, or found to be ineligible, Tudoholic reserves the right to verify the circumstances and take appropriate action, including disqualification or requesting the return of the prize, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

8. Winner Notification and Claim Period

Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided with their orders. Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within the specified period, Tudoholic may conduct a redraw for the relevant tier.

9. Prizes

All prizes are subject to final confirmation of availability and quality approval by Tudoholic’s QC team. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, Tudoholic may substitute it with a product of equal or higher value, subject to applicable law.

10. Verification and Fairness

Tudoholic reserves the right to verify orders, customer eligibility, and campaign entries. Entries involving suspected fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with these terms may be disqualified. The draw process will be documented internally.

11. Campaign Updates

Any material changes to the campaign dates, eligibility requirements, or prize details will be communicated through Tudoholic’s official channels, subject to applicable law.
