About Us
Nexora Commerce — the engine behind Tudoholic
Nexora Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is the company building the technology, data, and operating systems behind Tudoholic — one of Nepal’s largest fashion and lifestyle e-commerce operations.
We run a high-velocity, cash-on-delivery model: products are discovered, sourced from international markets, imported, quality-checked, dispatched, and delivered across Nepal every day. Behind every successful delivery is a careful chain of labels, order details, logistics partners, tracking updates, and follow-through.
What makes the next phase different is execution at scale. As order volume grows, logistics has to be accurate, visible, and fast enough to support customers, operations, and delivery partners without confusion.
The Founder’s Story
Ten years ago, Tudoholic started with a small number of orders and a simple promise: deliver products customers could trust. Today, we move roughly a thousand orders a day across Nepal, and every order still depends on one basic truth — the package has to move correctly.
Logistics is where the promise becomes physical. A correct label, a clean dispatch, a timely pickup, a tracked return, and a clear update can make the difference between a smooth order and a customer problem.
That is why we are looking for people who are organised, accurate, patient under pressure, and ready to learn the operational rhythm of a fast-moving e-commerce company.
If that sounds like you, we would like to meet you. This is one of those roles.

What You’d Be Walking Into
- A live e-commerce operation, where order processing, dispatch accuracy, and shipment tracking affect customers every day.
- A partner-driven logistics model: daily coordination with third-party logistics partners, delivery accounts, tracking systems, and reverse logistics workflows.
- A detail-heavy role: labels, order data, delivery details, return records, billing, and status updates all need accuracy.
- A strong learning path: hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations, logistics systems, reverse logistics, and data-driven problem solving.
The Mission
The mission is to keep orders moving accurately from processing to dispatch, and to keep logistics issues visible before they become customer problems. That means clean labels, correct order details, timely partner coordination, and disciplined follow-up on shipments and returns.
We are looking for a Logistics Associate who can work closely with internal teams and third-party logistics providers to support accurate deliveries, efficient reverse logistics, and high customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Own
- Label generation: generate shipping labels for customer orders and check that order and delivery details are accurate.
- Order processing: support the backend order processing workflow so dispatch can happen cleanly and on time.
- 3PL coordination: coordinate daily logistics activity with third-party delivery partners, including shipment status, issue resolution, billing, and account tracking.
- Tracking systems: maintain shipping labels, tracking updates, and logistics automation records in the system.
- Returns & reverse logistics: support product return and exchange requests, reverse pickup coordination, return processing, and return case resolution.
- Customer coordination: contact customers when return shipments need clarification, pre-dispatch confirmation, or logistics-related follow-up.
- Logistics insight: analyze return and shipment issues to identify patterns, reduce repeat problems, and improve logistics workflows.
Who You Are
- Educated to bachelor’s level in business administration, management, operations, or a related field.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and able to keep tracking records clean and up to date.
- Detail-oriented and accurate: you understand that a small mistake in a label, address, or status update can become a customer issue.
- A clear communicator who can work with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners professionally.
- Steady under pressure: you can handle multiple orders, issues, and follow-ups without losing patience or structure.
- A problem solver with a professional attitude and strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, dispatch, or reverse logistics.
- Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers such as Aramex or similar partners.
- Exposure to shipping revenue, billing, account tracking, or logistics reporting.
- Comfort analyzing return data, delivery issues, and shipment trends.
What Success Looks Like
Within a few months: labels are generated accurately, dispatch support is smoother, shipment issues are tracked earlier, return cases move faster, and logistics partners have clearer daily coordination. The team can see what is moving, what is delayed, and what needs attention without confusion.
Why This Role, Why Now
As Tudoholic scales, logistics becomes one of the clearest tests of trust. Customers remember whether an order arrived correctly, whether a return was handled smoothly, and whether updates were clear. Get the logistics details right, and the whole customer experience feels more reliable.
