Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Label Generation & Order Processing
● Generate shipping labels for customer orders
● Ensure accuracy of order and delivery details on labels
● Support order processing workflow in backend systems
2. Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management
● Coordinate daily operations with third-party logistics partners (e.g., Aramex)
● Manage shipping revenue, billing, and account tracking
● Maintain and update shipping labels and tracking automation in the system
● Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics-related issues
3. Returns & Reverse Logistics Management
● Handle product return and exchange requests
● Coordinate reverse pickup and return processing
● Analyze return data to identify trends and issues
● Ensure quick and efficient resolution of return cases
4. Customer Support Coordination
● Contact customers regarding return shipments for clarification and analysis
● Provide pre-dispatch support to ensure order accuracy
● Maintain professional communication for all logistics-related queries
● Support smooth reverse logistics operations
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
● Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● High attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to work in a team and handle pressure situations
● Prior experience in logistics or e-commerce operations (preferred but not required)
● Patience, problem-solving mindset, and professional attitude
● Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
