Nexora Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is the company building the technology, data, and operating systems behind Tudoholic — one of Nepal’s largest fashion and lifestyle e-commerce operations.

We run a high-velocity, cash-on-delivery model: products are discovered, sourced from international markets, imported, quality-checked, stocked, and delivered across Nepal every day. Behind every smooth customer order is a chain of inventory records, supplier updates, purchase orders, shipments, and stock decisions that have to be accurate.

What makes the next phase different is operational discipline. As we scale, inventory and procurement cannot depend on memory or guesswork. They need clean data, clear follow-up, and people who care about the detail before it becomes a problem.

The Founder’s Story

Ten years ago, Tudoholic started with a small catalog and a simple promise: make better products accessible to customers in Nepal, and deliver them with trust. Today, we move a much larger operation — and every product that reaches a customer has passed through many small but important operational steps.

Inventory may look like rows in a sheet, but it is the nervous system of the business. If stock is wrong, procurement is late, or shipment updates are unclear, the customer eventually feels it. If the data is clean and follow-up is disciplined, the whole operation moves better.

Inventory & Procurement Associate

The person who keeps stock, suppliers, shipments, and records moving in the right direction.

What You’d Be Walking Into

The Mission

Inventory and procurement are where operational accuracy begins. The mission is to keep stock records clean, procurement follow-ups active, supplier information updated, and shipment movement visible before small gaps become customer-facing problems.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Procurement Associate who enjoys working with data, coordination, and process management in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

What You’ll Own

• Inventory accuracy: maintain stock records, track stock movement, monitor availability, and support regular stock reconciliation.
• Stock control: monitor inventory levels, identify replenishment needs, and help prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
• Procurement support: prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement documentation, and support sourcing and vendor coordination.
• Supplier follow-up: communicate with suppliers about availability, pricing, pending orders, and order updates.
• Shipment coordination: track incoming shipments, delivery schedules, supplier updates, and logistics coordination until inventory arrives smoothly.
• Reporting: maintain inventory and procurement trackers, generate reports, update operational systems, and support management with analysis when needed.
• Issue resolution: identify inventory discrepancies, missing updates, and process gaps early, then coordinate the right fix.

Who You Are

• Educated to graduate or undergraduate level in management, business administration, operations, or a related field.
• Strong with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and comfortable working with trackers, reports, and operational records.
• Highly detail-oriented: you care about accuracy, follow-up, naming, quantities, dates, and clean records.
• Organised and proactive: you can manage multiple tasks, timelines, and supplier updates without waiting to be chased.
• A clear coordinator who communicates well with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
• Curious about operations: basic understanding of inventory, procurement, logistics, or e-commerce is helpful; willingness to learn is essential.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience in inventory management, procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or operational software.
• Experience working with suppliers or coordinating shipments.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Freshers with strong analytical and organisational skills are encouraged to apply.

Within a few months: stock records are cleaner, procurement trackers are updated on time, supplier follow-ups are consistent, shipment visibility improves, and inventory discrepancies are caught earlier. The team can see what is available, what is moving, and what needs attention without guesswork.
