Inventory Associate

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Monitor stock movement, inventory availability, and replenishment requirements.
- Track inbound and outbound inventory activities.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper inventory categorization, storage, and tracking.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Procurement Management
- Coordinate procurement activities from international markets.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and order updates.
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately.
- Monitor procurement timelines and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain procurement documentation and supplier records.
- Support sourcing and vendor coordination activities.
Shipment & Supplier Coordination
- Follow up with suppliers regarding pending orders and shipment status.
- Track incoming shipments and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for smooth inventory arrivals.
- Maintain shipment tracking records and procurement reports.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on procurement-related matters.
Inventory Planning & Stock Control
- Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
- Assist in preventing stock shortages and overstock situations.
- Maintain inventory reports and provide stock visibility to management.
- Support efficient inventory utilization and stock management practices.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain inventory and procurement trackers using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, procurement status, and stock movement.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates across all operational systems.
- Assist management with inventory and procurement analysis when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate in Management, Business Administration or related field .
- Freshers with strong analytical and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, procurement, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in inventory management, procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and operational software.
- Experience working with suppliers and shipment coordination is a plus.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM is preferred.
