Ruffle Trim V Neck Top in Crinkled Stretch Polyester

Ruffles trace the neckline, gathered into soft folds that fall around a V opening and give the front of the top its shape. It is the whole design idea — a plain solid-colour piece would sit flat, and this instead has movement and dimension where it matters most, right at the neckline where the eye lands.

The fabric carries the same texture through. A crinkled finish gives the surface a fine, irregular relief rather than a smooth flat face, which catches light softly and hides creasing in a way plain cloth does not. Five per cent spandex through the polyester adds real stretch, so the top gives as you move and recovers its shape afterwards — useful in a sleeveless cut, where the armhole and shoulder take most of the strain. It pulls on over the head with no zip or buttons, and at 50cm sits at hip length, clean enough to tuck or wear loose over trousers.

Four colourways set different tones. Black keeps the ruffles graphic and defined by shadow alone. White is the softest and shows the crinkle texture most clearly in daylight. Pink turns it warmer and lighter, while dark blue stays quiet and works easily into existing clothes. Sizing runs S through 2XL. Worn alone in warm weather the neckline does all the styling; under a blazer or cardigan, the ruffles sit above the opening and keep the outfit from reading plain. Simple to wear, with enough detail that it never looks it.
