About the role:

This role requires an individual who has a passion to engage with customers on a daily basis via different social media platforms, with the ultimate goal of converting prospects into loyal customers. A social media associate should possess selling skills to push the customers to place orders. You need to be able to reply to all the queries received via social media and create maximum orders on the company’s CRM.


Roles and responsibilities:

1. Customer support:

• Providing prompt responses to customer inquiries on all social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Viber.
• Responding to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels promptly and professionally.
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues.

2. Order generation:

• Converting prospects into customers through responsive handling of their inquiries.
• Creating orders for the customers on the company’s CRM.
• Placing appropriate tags on our software to facilitate correct order placement.

3. Price quotations:

• Providing price quotations for customers interested in shopping from countries like the USA, Thailand, China, etc.

A successful candidate will fulfill the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or any other discipline
• Proficiency in MS Excel /Google Sheets
• Fast typing skills (Above 30 wpm)
• Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English
• Ability to work in a team
• Prior experience as a social media handler (preferred)
• Patience and awareness, with an ability to stay calm and professional in difficult situations
• A strong drive to grow, learn, succeed, and complete all tasks assigned to them
