About the role:

As an Operations Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely order placement and facilitate the smooth dispatch of goods to the customers. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with multiple teams to guarantee prompt delivery to customers, ultimately aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Roles and responsibilities: 

1. Procurement management from China, Thailand, and USA

• Placing orders back in China, Thailand, and USA after the order has been confirmed
• Finding alternate SKUs if the product is not found
• Coordinating with our team in China

2. Generating labels for orders: 

• Printing labels for customer orders accurately
• Checking for the pending payments and generating labels accordingly. 

3. Listing returns in the inventory

• Relisting the canceled orders in the inventory
• Placing them back in the designated racks for easy retrieval. 

4. Inventory management

• Finding the in-stock products according to the orders received. 
• Organizing inventory layout to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of inventory.

A successful candidate will fulfill the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or any other discipline
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team 
• Prior experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Patience and awareness, with an ability to stay calm and professional in difficult situations
• A strong drive to grow, learn, succeed, and complete all tasks assigned to them
