About the role:

As a Logistics Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely order placement and facilitate the smooth dispatch of goods to the customers. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with multiple teams to guarantee prompt delivery to customers, ultimately aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Roles and responsibilities: 

1. Label Generation

• Generating labels for customer orders.
• Ensuring that the correct details are printed in the labels.

2.  Managing our third-party logistics 

• Overseeing operations for our third-party logistics company
• Managing Revenue and Accounts for Aramex
• Managing Shipping Labels and Automating tracking on our backend

3.  Overseeing return requests

• Handling all aspects of product returns and exchanges
• Resolving issues promptly and efficiently to ensure a smooth return process
• Processing refunds or issue store credits (Gift Cards) to customers
• Analyze return data to identify trends and patterns.

4. Customer support

• Calling Return shipments for Analysis
• Pre-dispatch customer service
• Returns / Reverse Logistics Management

A successful candidate will fulfill the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or any other discipline
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team 
• Prior experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Patience and awareness, with an ability to stay calm and professional in difficult situations
• A strong drive to grow, learn, succeed, and complete all tasks assigned to them
