About the role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to join our team. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing the content and customer service department. You will be responsible for developing strategies as well as making sure that the KPIs are met.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Content Department Management:
- Research viable product categories for the Nepalese market.
- Analyze current market trends to determine competitive pricing strategies.
- Formulate content strategies to ensure high-quality product listings on the website.
- Provide supervision and guidance to the content team.
2. Customer Service Department Management:
- Review and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to enhance departmental performance.
- Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Supervise the customer service team to achieve daily operational targets.
- Conduct regular internal performance reviews to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
3. Marketing management:
- Formulate strategies to effectively reach our target market.
- Evaluate various promotional options and select the most effective ones.
- Collaborate on developing a strategy for Instagram ad targeting.
4. Performance management
- Craft compelling OKRs, KPIs and track targets to meet the brand's tone , vision and mission
- Implement OKRs and KPIs and track them to ensure the big bets are met every quarter
- Provide supervision and guidance to the team through performance management.
- Create work plans and delegate tasks to team members to prevent any backlog.
A successful candidate will fulfill the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any other discipline
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage teams
