Nexora Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is the company building the technology, data, and operating systems behind Tudoholic — one of Nepal’s largest fashion and lifestyle e-commerce operations.
We run a high-velocity, cash-on-delivery model: products are discovered, sourced from international markets, imported, quality-checked, stocked, and delivered across Nepal every day. Quality is not a final decoration in that process; it is one of the reasons customers trust us enough to buy again.
What makes the next phase different is accuracy at scale. As we grow, product details, variants, images, prices, inspection outcomes, replacements, and records all need to be checked with care before they become customer-facing problems.
The Founder’s Story
Ten years ago, Tudoholic started with a small catalog and a simple promise: bring better choice to customers in Nepal, and deliver it with trust. Today, we move a much larger operation — but the promise still depends on the quality of every product that reaches a customer.
A quality issue may begin as a small mismatch: the wrong variant, a missing detail, an inaccurate image, a failed inspection, or an item that needs replacement. If caught early, it is an operational fix. If missed, it becomes a customer problem.
That is why we are looking for people who are analytical, careful with data, and willing to follow a process until the details are right.

Quality Check Associate

What You’d Be Walking Into
- A live e-commerce operation, where product accuracy, quality decisions, and clean records directly affect customer experience.
- A quality-heavy workflow: product details, variants, specifications, images, pricing, inspection results, replacements, and order status all need careful review.
- A data and process role: trackers, reports, internal systems, SOPs, and decision guidelines are part of the daily rhythm.
- A strong learning path: hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations, quality control, warehouse coordination, data management, and process improvement.
The Mission
Quality Check is where we protect the customer from avoidable mistakes. The mission is to verify product and order details, review inspection outcomes, catch discrepancies early, and keep every update accurate in the systems the business runs on.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Check Associate who enjoys working with data, identifying mismatches, solving operational issues, and helping products move forward only when they meet the right standard.
What You’ll Own
- QC order processing: verify and process Quality Check orders according to company procedures and timelines.
- Product accuracy: cross-check product details, variants, specifications, images, and pricing before orders move forward.
- Inspection review: review product quality inspection results and decide whether products meet company standards.
- Records & trackers: maintain accurate records of approved, rejected, pending, and replacement items in internal systems and trackers.
- Issue resolution: investigate product mismatches, incorrect variants, missing information, and quality-related discrepancies.
- Alternatives & replacements: identify suitable alternative products or suppliers when items fail quality standards or become unavailable.
- Coordination: work with warehouse, sourcing, operations, returns, and replacement teams to keep QC orders moving cleanly.
- Process improvement: escalate recurring issues, prepare reports, follow SOPs, and contribute to better quality control workflows.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree completed or ongoing in management, business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail: you notice mismatches, missing information, wrong variants, and inconsistent records before they create larger issues.
- Analytical and organised: you can work with data, reports, trackers, and operational systems without losing accuracy.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and willing to keep records clean and updated on time.
- Process-driven: you can follow SOPs, apply defined guidelines, and make careful decisions within a structured workflow.
- A clear coordinator who communicates well with warehouse, sourcing, operations, and support teams.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in operations, quality control, e-commerce, logistics, inventory management, or data management.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and order management processes.
- Comfort working with operational reports, quality records, and product data.
- Freshers with strong analytical skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
What Success Looks Like
Within a few months: QC orders are processed more consistently, product mismatches are caught earlier, records are cleaner, recurring issues are escalated with better evidence, and warehouse, sourcing, and operations teams have clearer visibility into what needs action.
