Quality Check Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process Quality Check orders according to company procedures and timelines.
- Cross-check product details, variants, specifications, images, and pricing to ensure accuracy before orders move forward.
- Review product quality inspection results and determine whether products meet company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of approved, rejected, pending, and replacement items.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sourcing, and operations teams to ensure smooth handling of Quality Check orders.
- Investigate and resolve product mismatches, incorrect variants, missing information, and quality-related discrepancies.
- Identify suitable alternative products or suppliers when items fail quality standards or become unavailable.
- Monitor Quality Check workflows and ensure all updates are accurately recorded in internal systems and trackers.
- Assist in managing returns, replacements, and follow-up actions related to quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, trackers, and quality records.
- Escalate critical issues, delays, or recurring operational problems to the appropriate teams.
- Follow company SOPs and contribute to improving quality control processes, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with data, reports, and operational trackers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow structured processes and make decisions based on defined guidelines.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong analytical skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in operations, quality control, e-commerce, logistics, inventory management, data management, or similar roles will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and order management processes is preferred.
