About Us
Nexora Commerce — the engine behind Tudoholic
Nexora Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is the company building the technology, data, and operating systems behind Tudoholic — one of Nepal's largest fashion and lifestyle e-commerce operations.
We run a high-velocity, cash-on-delivery model: products are discovered, sourced from China, imported, quality-checked, and delivered across Nepal at a scale that demands serious operational and engineering rigor. The business is profitable, growing fast, and deeply data-driven — we already build our own internal tools for pricing, profitability, quality scoring, demand intelligence, and fulfillment.
What makes the next phase different is ownership. We are moving from off-the-shelf commerce platforms to our own ERP, our own algorithms, and our own machine-learning models — systems designed specifically for the economics of high-volume, COD, cross-border retail.
The Founder's Story
Ten years ago, this started as a few hundred orders a day. Today we move roughly a thousand orders every single day across Nepal — cash on delivery, sourced entirely from China, run on a stack we have stretched, bent, and out-engineered well past what it was designed to do.
We are now at the point where the next phase of growth will not come from working the same systems harder. It will come from building our own.
Over the next two to three years we intend to grow from one thousand orders a day to five thousand, and then ten thousand. That is not a marketing ambition — it is an engineering and operations problem. It means a catalog moving toward millions of SKUs, a supplier network approaching a quarter-million sources in China, and decisions about pricing, inventory, demand, and fulfillment that no human team can make fast enough, or often enough, by hand.
So we are building our own. Our own algorithms. Our own models. Our own commerce engine that crunches millions of data points, learns from every order, and corrects itself over time. We will move off the platforms we have outgrown and onto systems we own end to end.
To do that, we are hiring across engineering, operations, finance, data, and people — the builders and operators who will design and run that engine. This is one of them.

We're Hiring
Website UI/UX Associate
The person who makes the storefront and the internal tools look right and feel effortless.
| Reports to | Principal Architect / Engineering Lead | Team | Engineering / Product | Location | Kathmandu · On-site | Level | Associate (1–4 yrs) |
What You'd Be Walking Into
- Two surfaces, one craft: a high-traffic storefront customers buy from every day, and the internal ERP and tools the team runs the business on.
- Front-end design that ships: you don't just mock things up — you build clean, responsive front-end that goes live.
- A live build agenda: a custom ERP, dashboards, and internal tools that need to feel as good as they work.
- Close to engineering: you sit with the architect and developers, turning product needs into interfaces people enjoy using.
The Mission
You own how Tudoholic looks and feels — on both the customer-facing storefront and the internal systems we build to run the business. This is a front-end design role: you design and build the interfaces, then make sure they are clean, consistent, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to use. A storefront that converts and internal tools the team actually likes using both come down to the same thing — good front-end craft. That's you.
What You'll Own
- Storefront front-end: design and build clean, responsive, on-brand pages and components for the customer-facing site.
- Internal tool UI: build the front-end for the ERP, dashboards, and internal tools so they are clear, usable, and consistent.
- Design-to-code: translate requirements and rough designs into polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Consistency & reuse: maintain a consistent visual language, components, and patterns across surfaces.
- Responsiveness & polish: make everything work cleanly across devices, with attention to the small details.
Who You Are
- 1–4 years in front-end / UI development with a real eye for design.
- Strong with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and comfortable building responsive, component-based interfaces.
- A genuine sense of design: spacing, hierarchy, color, and the difference between "works" and "feels right."
- Able to work from rough requirements and turn them into finished interfaces with minimal hand-holding.
- A portfolio of websites, apps, or interfaces you've designed and built.
Bonus Points
- Experience with React/TypeScript and a utility framework like Tailwind.
- Shopify theme / Liquid experience for the storefront.
- Comfort in Figma and building or maintaining a design system.
What Success Looks Like
Within 6 months: the storefront and internal tools share a clean, consistent look and feel; new interfaces ship quickly and on-brand; and people across the company — customers and staff alike — find the products genuinely easy and pleasant to use.
Why This Role, Why Now
As we move off off-the-shelf platforms onto systems we own, every interface — storefront and internal — gets built from the ground up. This is a rare chance to shape how an entire fast-growing business looks and feels, on both sides of the screen.
How to Apply
