Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order processing, dispatch schedules, and shipment readiness.
  • Ensure all customer orders are dispatched according to company standards and timelines.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain dispatch accuracy and minimize shipment-related errors.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, supervise, and support the dispatch team in daily operations.
  • Assign responsibilities and monitor team productivity.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Logistics & Courier Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics and courier partners to ensure smooth order deliveries.
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively address delivery-related issues.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with delivery partners.
  • Escalate and resolve shipment delays, failed deliveries, and operational challenges.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and dispatch procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve dispatch workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor process compliance and maintain service quality standards.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and operational initiatives.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain dispatch records, operational trackers, and performance reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and team productivity metrics.
  • Analyze dispatch data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with inventory, procurement, customer support, and operations teams.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Support business objectives through efficient operational coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Undergraduate in Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce, warehouse management, supply chain, or team leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading operational or fulfillment teams.
  • Familiarity with order fulfillment, logistics coordination, inventory operations, or e-commerce processes.
  • Experience working with KPIs, performance tracking, and operational reporting.
  • Knowledge of workflow optimization and SOP development is an advantage.
