The Mission

Social media is one of the first places customers meet Tudoholic. The mission is simple: answer clearly, guide patiently, follow up properly, and help customers place orders with confidence.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Social Media Associate who enjoys interacting with people, solving simple customer queries, supporting order placement, and helping turn inquiries into sales.

What You’ll Own

  • Customer messages: respond to inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber, and other active social media platforms.
  • Product guidance: provide customers with clear information about products, pricing, delivery timelines, and ordering processes.
  • Order support: help customers place orders and make sure customer information is recorded accurately.
  • Follow-up: follow up with interested customers and help convert genuine inquiries into completed orders.
  • Customer care: handle comments, messages, questions, and concerns professionally and with a helpful tone.
  • Coordination: work with operations and customer service teams to resolve customer issues and keep information accurate.
  • Records: maintain clear records of customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

Who You Are

  • A clear communicator in Nepali and English, with a friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Comfortable online: you can use social media platforms, type efficiently, and handle multiple conversations with care.
  • Organised and attentive: you record customer details accurately and keep follow-ups from slipping.
  • Comfortable with basics: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, computer use, and the discipline to keep simple records clean.
  • Eager to learn and grow in e-commerce, customer service, and sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or ongoing in management, business, marketing, or a related field.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, social media handling, or e-commerce.
  • Comfort speaking with customers and guiding them toward the right product or order process.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

Within a few months: customers receive faster, clearer replies; inquiries are recorded properly; follow-ups are consistent; and more social media conversations turn into successful orders. You are confident on the channels, trusted by the team, and improving every week.
