Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber, and other social media platforms.
  • Provide customers with information about products, pricing, delivery timelines, and ordering processes.
  • Assist customers in placing orders and ensure customer information is recorded accurately.
  • Follow up with customers and help convert inquiries into sales.
  • Handle customer comments, messages, and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain records of customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
  • Support daily social media and customer engagement activities.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.
  • Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Good typing speed and computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, social media handling, or e-commerce will be an advantage but is not required.
