Nexora Commerce — the engine behind Tudoholic

Nexora Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is the company building the technology, data, and operating systems behind Tudoholic — one of Nepal’s largest fashion and lifestyle e-commerce operations.

We run a high-velocity, cash-on-delivery model: products are discovered, sourced from China, imported, quality-checked, and delivered across Nepal at a scale that demands serious operational and engineering rigor. The business is profitable, growing fast, and deeply data-driven — we already build our own internal tools for pricing, profitability, quality scoring, demand intelligence, and fulfillment.

What makes the next phase different is ownership. We are moving from off-the-shelf commerce platforms to our own ERP, our own algorithms, and our own machine-learning models — systems designed specifically for the economics of high-volume, COD, cross-border retail.

The Founder’s Story

Ten years ago, this started as a few hundred orders a day. Today we move roughly a thousand orders every single day across Nepal — cash on delivery, sourced entirely from China, run on a stack we have stretched, bent, and out-engineered well past what it was designed to do.

We are now at the point where the next phase of growth will not come from working the same systems harder. It will come from building our own.

Over the next two to three years we intend to grow from one thousand orders a day to five thousand, and then ten thousand. That is not a marketing ambition — it is an engineering and operations problem. It means a catalog moving toward millions of SKUs, a supplier network approaching a quarter-million sources in China, and decisions about pricing, inventory, demand, and fulfillment that no human team can make fast enough, or often enough, by hand.

So we are building our own. Our own algorithms. Our own models. Our own commerce engine that crunches millions of data points, learns from every order, and corrects itself over time. We will move off the platforms we have outgrown and onto systems we own end to end.

To do that, we are hiring five senior people in 2026 — the architects, builders, and operators who will design and run that engine. This is one of them.

Head of Operations & Fulfillment

The person who makes 10,000 orders a day feel as smooth as 1,000.

What You’d Be Walking Into

• ~1,000 orders/day today, scaling toward 5,000 and then 10,000 over the next 2–3 years.
• A distinctive model: 100% cash on delivery, 100% China-sourced, Nepal market — unique data, margin, and logistics challenges you won’t find in a textbook.
• A real build agenda: a custom ERP, profitability and quality dashboards, demand and pricing engines, and a roadmap toward proprietary ML models.
• A builder’s culture: a founder who builds alongside the team, prototypes tools personally, and respects people who think in systems.

The Mission

Operations is where our promises become real. Every order sourced, checked, packed, and delivered on time, at the right cost and quality, is an operational win. Every delay, failed delivery, or quality miss is a problem we get to solve.

As we scale from 1,000 to 10,000 orders a day, the operation can’t just get bigger — it has to get smarter. We need a leader who can design fulfillment systems that hold up under 10x volume, drive down RTO and cost-per-order, and turn warehouse, QC, China sourcing, and last-mile into one tightly run machine that feeds clean data back into our algorithms.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end fulfillment: from China sourcing and import through QC, warehousing, dispatch, last-mile, and returns — you own the full physical flow of goods.
• RTO & cost control: drive measurable reductions in return-to-origin rates, cost-per-order, and delivery time across the 3PL network.
• Capacity for scale: design the warehouse layout, staffing model, and process flows that let us 5x and then 10x without breaking.
• China operations: strengthen sourcing, QC, and inbound logistics across our China fulfillment centers and air/land import lanes.
• Process & SOPs: build the SOPs, dashboards, and KPIs that make the operation legible, measurable, and improvable.
• Cross-functional partnership: work hand-in-glove with engineering so operational reality becomes clean, structured data the systems can learn from.

Who You Are

• 8+ years in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or supply-chain operations, with significant time leading at scale.
• A track record of high-volume fulfillment — ideally COD, cross-border, or emerging-market contexts where margins and logistics are unforgiving.
• Deeply data-driven: you manage by numbers, define the metrics that matter, and hold a team to them.
• A systems thinker who can design the process and still roll up sleeves on the floor when needed.
• A strong people leader who can build and motivate teams across warehouse, QC, CS, and sourcing.

Bonus Points

• Experience scaling an operation through a 5x–10x growth phase.
• Familiarity with China sourcing / 1688-style supply chains and import logistics into South Asia.
• Comfort working closely with product and engineering on internal tooling.

What Success Looks Like

Within 12 months: RTO and cost-per-order are trending down, fulfillment SLAs are hit consistently at higher volume, and the operation runs on documented systems and live dashboards rather than heroics. The business can absorb a doubling of orders without a proportional rise in chaos.

Why This Role, Why Now

Engineering can build the smartest algorithms in the region, but none of it matters if a packet doesn’t reach a customer’s door. As we cross into 5,000 and 10,000 orders a day, the operation becomes the hardest constraint on growth — and the richest source of the data our models learn from. Get this right now, while we’re at 1,000 a day, and you set the physics of the entire business for the next decade.
