Nexora Commerce — the engine behind Tudoholic
Nexora Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is the company building the technology, data, and operating systems behind Tudoholic — one of Nepal's largest fashion and lifestyle e-commerce operations.
We run a high-velocity, cash-on-delivery model: products are discovered, sourced from China, imported, quality-checked, and delivered across Nepal at a scale that demands serious operational and engineering rigor. The business is profitable, growing fast, and deeply data-driven — we already build our own internal tools for pricing, profitability, quality scoring, demand intelligence, and fulfillment.
What makes the next phase different is ownership. We are moving from off-the-shelf commerce platforms to our own ERP, our own algorithms, and our own machine-learning models — systems designed specifically for the economics of high-volume, COD, cross-border retail.
The Founder's Story
Ten years ago, this started as a few hundred orders a day. Today we move roughly a thousand orders every single day across Nepal — cash on delivery, sourced entirely from China, run on a stack we have stretched, bent, and out-engineered well past what it was designed to do.
We are now at the point where the next phase of growth will not come from working the same systems harder. It will come from building our own.
Over the next two to three years we intend to grow from one thousand orders a day to five thousand, and then ten thousand. That is not a marketing ambition — it is an engineering and operations problem. It means a catalog moving toward millions of SKUs, a supplier network approaching a quarter-million sources in China, and decisions about pricing, inventory, demand, and fulfillment that no human team can make fast enough, or often enough, by hand.
So we are building our own. Our own algorithms. Our own models. Our own commerce engine that crunches millions of data points, learns from every order, and corrects itself over time. We will move off the platforms we have outgrown and onto systems we own end to end.
To do that, we are hiring the leaders who will design and run that engine. This is one of them.

What You'd Be Walking Into
- A market with enormous headroom: we estimate 10–50× of room to grow against the audience we reach today. Acquisition is not a tweak here — it is the whole game.
- A full growth engine to own: paid, organic, brand, retention, the website, and the catalog strategy that feeds it all — yours, end to end.
- A founder stepping back from growth: this role exists so the founder can move to product and vision. You don't execute someone else's plan — you set it and run it.
- A data-driven house: we already build our own tools for pricing, profitability, and demand. You'll have unusually good visibility into what every rupee of spend actually returns.
The Mission
Own Tudoholic's growth, completely. Your single mandate is aggressive new-customer acquisition at a target CAC — turning a market with 10–50× of untapped headroom into a steadily compounding stream of first-time buyers, profitably. You own the strategy and the execution: the channel mix, the budgets, the creative engine, the catalog strategy that decides what we put in front of people, and the team you build to run it. You are the person who decides how Tudoholic grows — and then makes it happen.
What You'll Own
- New-customer acquisition: scale first-time buyers aggressively while holding a target CAC — the number this role is measured on.
- The full channel mix: own paid (Meta, Google, TikTok), organic and social, influencer, and retention (email/SMS) — strategy and budget allocation across all of them.
- Catalog strategy: own which products we test, scale, and put in front of cold audiences — the demand side of how the catalog grows.
- Creative engine: drive a high-volume, high-velocity creative operation — the ads and content that win cold audiences at scale.
- Brand: shape the Tudoholic brand, voice, and content so acquisition compounds rather than resets every month.
- The team: hire and build the growth team — buyers, creative, analysts — and set the bar for how it operates.
- The numbers: own the dashboards, the reporting, and a clear, honest read on what every channel and every rupee returns.
Who You Are
- A proven growth leader who has owned a meaningful acquisition budget and scaled new-customer volume at a target CAC — ideally in e-commerce, D2C, or a high-velocity consumer business.
- Hands-on, not hands-off: you still get into the ad accounts yourself. You know the difference between a dashboard that looks healthy and an account that actually is.
- Multi-channel by instinct: deep in Meta, fluent in Google, ready to scale TikTok — and able to decide where the next rupee goes.
- Genuinely numbers-driven: you think in CAC, contribution margin, frequency, and incrementality — not just ROAS on a screen.
- A builder of teams and systems: you can hire well, set a high bar, and turn growth into a repeatable machine rather than a series of heroics.
- Comfortable owning the outcome: you want the mandate, the budget, and the accountability that comes with them.
Bonus Points
- Experience scaling acquisition in a cash-on-delivery or emerging-market context.
- A track record running high-volume creative testing, not just media buying.
- Comfort with catalog-driven / DPA / Advantage+ style acquisition at scale.
- Familiarity with the tracking stack behind modern paid media (pixel, CAPI, server-side).
What Success Looks Like
Within 6 months: new-customer acquisition is scaling month over month at or below the target CAC; the channel mix is broader and healthier than Meta alone; a real growth team is in place and operating; and the founder is out of day-to-day growth, trusting you to own it. Within 12 months: growth is a repeatable, data-driven machine that the next phase of the business can be built on.
