Nexora Commerce — the engine behind Tudoholic

Nexora Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is the company building the technology, data, and operating systems behind Tudoholic — one of Nepal's largest fashion and lifestyle e-commerce operations.

We run a high-velocity, cash-on-delivery model: products are discovered, sourced from China, imported, quality-checked, and delivered across Nepal at a scale that demands serious operational and engineering rigor. The business is profitable, growing fast, and deeply data-driven — we already build our own internal tools for pricing, profitability, quality scoring, demand intelligence, and fulfillment.

What makes the next phase different is ownership. We are moving from off-the-shelf commerce platforms to our own ERP, our own algorithms, and our own machine-learning models — systems designed specifically for the economics of high-volume, COD, cross-border retail.

The Founder's Story

Ten years ago, this started as a few hundred orders a day. Today we move roughly a thousand orders every single day across Nepal — cash on delivery, sourced entirely from China, run on a stack we have stretched, bent, and out-engineered well past what it was designed to do.

We are now at the point where the next phase of growth will not come from working the same systems harder. It will come from building our own.

Over the next two to three years we intend to grow from one thousand orders a day to five thousand, and then ten thousand. That is not a marketing ambition — it is an engineering and operations problem. It means a catalog moving toward millions of SKUs, a supplier network approaching a quarter-million sources in China, and decisions about pricing, inventory, demand, and fulfillment that no human team can make fast enough, or often enough, by hand.

So we are building our own. Our own algorithms. Our own models. Our own commerce engine that crunches millions of data points, learns from every order, and corrects itself over time. We will move off the platforms we have outgrown and onto systems we own end to end.

To do that, we are hiring across engineering, operations, finance, data, and people — the builders and operators who will design and run that engine. This is one of them.

Finance Associate — Bookkeeping

The person who keeps the books clean, the cash reconciled, and the numbers trustworthy — at a thousand orders a day.

What You'd Be Walking Into

• A high-velocity COD business: roughly a thousand cash-on-delivery orders a day, money moving across 3PLs, suppliers, and platforms every single day.
• A real finance stack: QuickBooks, TIGG, and Shopify as your daily tools — plus the internal dashboards we build for profitability and reconciliation.
• Numbers that matter: in a COD model, clean books and tight reconciliation are not back-office hygiene — they are how the business knows it is actually making money.
• A team that respects rigor: a founder and finance function that care about accuracy, controls, and a single source of truth.

The Mission

You own the day-to-day bookkeeping that keeps Tudoholic's financial picture accurate and current. In a cash-on-delivery business, every order generates cash that has to be collected by a courier, settled, reconciled, and recorded correctly — at volume, every day. Your job is to make sure that flow is recorded cleanly, that the books tie out, and that anyone looking at the numbers can trust them completely.

What You'll Own

• Day-to-day books: record purchases, expenses, payments, and receipts accurately and on time in QuickBooks.
• COD & 3PL reconciliation: reconcile courier settlement reports against Shopify orders and cash collected, and resolve the gaps.
• Bank & ledger reconciliation: keep bank accounts, supplier ledgers, and control accounts reconciled and clean.
• Payables & receivables: track what we owe and what is owed to us, and keep aging under control.
• Month-end support: support timely, accurate monthly closes and the schedules behind them.
• Compliance hygiene: keep records, VAT/tax documentation, and supporting files organized and audit-ready.

Who You Are

• 1–4 years in bookkeeping or accounting, ideally in a high-transaction-volume environment.
• Hands-on with QuickBooks (or a close equivalent) and confident in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Reconciliation-minded: you are the kind of person who is not at peace until the numbers tie out to the rupee.
• Detail-obsessed and organized, with a strong sense of ownership over accuracy and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Nepali accounting practice and basic VAT/tax requirements.

Bonus Points

• Experience with e-commerce, retail, or COD businesses.
• Familiarity with Shopify and 3PL settlement reconciliation.
• Exposure to inventory or landed-cost accounting.

What Success Looks Like

Within 3 months: the books are current, COD and 3PL reconciliations are clean and on schedule, month-end closes are reliable, and the finance team trusts your numbers without re-checking them.
