About the role:

 As a Return Handling Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the product return process for clients. This function is responsible for guaranteeing smooth returns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting overall operations within the organization.

Roles and responsibilities: 

1. Processing returns

• Receiving and assessing return requests from customers.
• Determining the eligibility of returns according to company policy. 
• Assisting customers in initiating return and exchange requests.

2. Managing our third party logistics

• Coordinating with our third-party logistics app to schedule pickups for returned items.
• Tracking customer shipments and updating the customers.
• Acting as a liaison between our third party logistics and customers

3. Customer support

• Facilitating the creation of exchange orders for customers.
• Creating gift cards for customers as and when needed 
• Processing refund requests from customers promptly and accurately.
• Calling Return shipments for Analysis
• Analyzing return data to identify trends and patterns.

A successful candidate will fulfill the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or any other discipline
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and selling skills
• Ability to work in a team 
• Prior experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
